Werklist takes operational ownership of every placement, covering sourcing, vetting, documentation, permits, travel, and onboarding, so risk historically pushed onto the employer or the worker remains with the recruiter.
Werklist operates six offices across three continents under one brand. We work with employers in shipbuilding, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, agriculture, and skilled trades, placing workers under a single accountable structure that replaces the broker chains the industry inherited.

WerkAI is the engine that does the checking work behind every Werklist placement. It runs document verification, legal compliance, and background checks on every candidate, then pulls the structured data out of CVs, IDs, and certificates into a profile the recruiter can act on without re-reading the file.
Each candidate is pre-scored against the role on data the recruiter can show. WerkAI measures language level, certifications, work history, and trade-specific test results against the role’s actual requirements, so what reaches the employer is a verified profile rather than a CV they have to guess at.
